The first amendment protects our five freedoms. The five freedoms include the freedom of peaceful assembly, speech, petition, religion, and press.
Amendment 2

The second amendment declares that people have the right to bear arms.

Amendment three states that soldiers cannot move into private home without consent of the owner.

Amendment four protects the people from unreasonable searches of their property. A warrant is required if search or seizure is necessary.
Amendment 5

The fifth amendment states that one cannot be forced to answer any questions, unless on a presentment of a Grand Jury. The fifth amendment also explains that one cannot be undergo Double Jeopardy which is being trialed again for the same offense.

Amendment six explains that a person accused for a crime has the right to a speedy trial.

Amendment seven guarantees a jury trial in civil suits where the value exceeds $20. When both parties agree, a judge, rather than a jury, can decide the case.
Amendment 8

Amendment eight ensures the people won't suffer from cruel or unusual punishment or excessive bail or fines.
Amendment 9
